1. Our role
My Tripzy Travels acts as a travel consultant and booking facilitator. We plan itineraries and arrange travel services on your behalf with third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, visa services and insurers.
2. Quotes & bookings
Quotes are indicative until confirmed, as supplier prices and availability can change. A booking is confirmed only once the required payment is received and we issue a confirmation.
3. Payments
Payment schedules are shared before any amount is due and are made against clear invoices. Certain bookings may require full or partial advance payment as set by suppliers.
4. Changes & cancellations
Change and cancellation terms follow the policies of the relevant suppliers and will be explained before you book. Supplier-imposed fees, where applicable, are passed on transparently.
5. Documents & eligibility
You are responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visas, permits) and meeting entry requirements. We assist and advise, but final responsibility for documentation rests with the traveller.
6. Liability
As a facilitator, we are not liable for the acts, omissions or service failures of third-party suppliers, or for events beyond reasonable control. We recommend appropriate travel insurance for every trip.
